Our People…

		General Manager: Katie Clarke, AMM Katie Clarke, B App Sci (Medical Science), AMM, established Congress West in 1985. In the last 20 years Katie has been project director across 190 events dealing with some 63,000 people. She manages an office of 6 staff.

		Senior Consultant: Elizabeth Medley, AMM Elizabeth Medley, Dip Bus, AMIAA, AMM has worked in many facets of the industry for over 15 years as a Conference Manager, exhibition coordinator, function & event specialist and Marketing Manager. Elizabeth currently operates from the Eastern Seaboard in Canberra as a senior consultant for Congress West.

		Conference Manager: Nikki Abercrombie Nikki joined Congress West in 2005. She is a graduate of the Diploma of Tourism (Meetings & Events Management) from the Central Metropolitan College of TAFE. She has established herself as a meticulous and conscientious Conference Manager renowned for her calm presence and patience in dealing with complex issues.

		Conference Registrar and Ei Manager: Sharon Boynes Sharon joined Congress West in 1999 from the Perth Ambassador Hotel – with a strong background in travel and hotels. Her exacting role is to manage the registration system and it's interface with the Events Interactive web platform. She is a highly valued team-player within Congress West!

		Conference Assistant: Renae Higgins Renae also joined Congress West in 2005. She is a graduate of the Diploma of Tourism (Meetings & Events Management) from the Joondalup College of TAFE.

		Conference Assistant: Priscilla Froud Priscilla joined Congress West in 2006. She is a graduate of the Diploma of Tourism (Meetings & Events Management) from the Joondalup College of TAFE.
