Fee Entitlements
Fully registered delegates are entitled to:
- attend all Conference sessions
- Conference satchel
- all Conference publications
- Welcome Reception
- morning, afternoon teas and lunches
- STUDENTS - to take advantage of the student discount you must send a copy of confirmation of full time enrolments for the current academic year, and a copy of their student ID with the registration form.
NOTE - the Conference Dinner is NOT included in the registration fee
Day delegates are entitled to:
- attend all sessions on nominated day/s
- Conference satchel
- all Conference publications
- morning, afternoon teas and lunches on nominated day/s
Payment
- Registration Enrolment Forms must be accompanied by payment of the registration fees and accommodation deposits.
- All amounts are in Australian Dollars. Overseas registrants should arrange payment by bank draft payable in Australian Dollars at an Australian bank.
- Registration fees may be paid by MasterCard, Visa and Bankcard. Diners Card and AMEX are not accepted.
- Delegates will receive a confirmation letter, which will include the receipt and tax invoice.
- Speakers are required to send a completed registration form with payment of registration fees to the Conference Secretariat.
- Late payments made after 31 August 2007 will incur a $50.00 late payment fee.
Goods and Services Tax
A Tax Invoice will be issued with the receipt of registration and this must be given to the Accounts Department for GST records.
Unless otherwise requested in writing at the time of sending the registration enrolment form, the Tax Invoice will be in the name of the delegate. Reprints for Tax Invoices will be subject to a $20 administration fee.
For international visitors, a tax refund may be sought at the airport for goods that are taken with them in their hand luggage when leaving the country. A tax refund is not available for goods or services consumed in Australia – and therefore the GST component of Conference registration fees, accommodation, tours, etc are not claimable.
Cancellation Policy
- All cancellations of attendance must be made in writing to the Conference Secretariat.
- A full refund, less a cancellation fee of $50.00 will be made on those received before 13 July 2007.
- A refund of 50% of the registration fee will be made on cancellations received between 14 July and 10 August 2007.
- No refund will be made after 11 August 2007.
- All refunds will be paid after the conclusion of the Conference.
