Accommodation
A range of accommodation has been reserved for delegates attending EMAPi9. The Conference Secretariat has secured attractive rates on behalf of delegates.
Hotel rooms in Perth are in short supply and 100% occupancy is not an unusual event. The Conference Secretariat is not able to guarantee accommodation unless bookings are confirmed by 3 August 2007.
Please indicate your choice of hotel in order of preference on the Registration Form and forward the first room night's deposit to secure the reservation. Please advise us if you are sharing with another person.
Please note:
- The first room nights deposit is required at the time of booking your room, without this the registration request will not be processed.
- This deposit will be forwarded to the hotel and you will be responsible for settling the balance of the account on checkout of the hotel.
- Accommodation cancellations received after 3 August 2007 may forfeit the first night's deposit.
- Refunds will be subject to the cancellation charges levied by the hotel.
- Accommodation deposits will also be forfeited if the room is not occupied on the requested check in date.
- Changes of accommodation requirements must be advised in writing to the Conference Secretariat. Do not contact the hotel directly.
