Entitlements
Full Conference Delegates are entitled to:
- attend all Congress sessions
- Congress satchel
- all Congress publications·
- morning, afternoon teas and lunches
NOTE – the Gala Dinner, Early Career Researcher Breakfast, Epigenetics Conference Dinner and Barbecue and Social Afternoon are NOT included in the registration fee.
Day Delegates are entitled to:
- attend all sessions on nominated day/s
- Congress satchel
- all Congress publications
- morning, afternoon teas and lunches on nominated day/s
Payment
- Registration Enrolment Forms must be accompanied by payment of the registration fees and accommodation deposits.
- All amounts are in Australian Dollars. Overseas registrants should arrange payment by bank draft payable in Australian Dollars at an Australian bank.
- Registration fees may be paid by MasterCard, Visa and Bankcard.
- Diners Card and AMEX are not accepted.
- Delegates will receive a confirmation letter, which will include the receipt and tax invoice.
Goods and Services Tax
A Tax Invoice will be issued with the receipt of registration and this must be given to the Accounts Department for GST records.
Unless otherwise requested in writing at the time of sending the registration enrolment form, the Tax Invoice will be in the name of the delegate. Reprints for Tax Invoices will be subject to a $20 administration fee.
For international visitors, a tax refund may be sought at the airport for goods that are taken with them in their hand luggage when leaving the country. A tax refund is not available for goods or services consumed in
Cancellation Policy
- All cancellations of attendance must be made in writing to the Congress Secretariat.
- A full refund, less a cancellation fee of $50.00 will be made on those received before 6 September.
- A refund of 50% of the registration fee will be made on cancellations received between 7 September and
- No refund will be made after
- All refunds will be paid after the conclusion of the Congress.
